Here is my attempt at creating a few of these features in base Turbowarp. The math is there and correct, but animations and timing begin to desync due to a very slight latency (rounding errors), as well as pausing itself.
(I made the music myself, too!)
pretty much what the title says:
set tempo
andwait x beats
blockswait x beats
will break if the game were to pause)
