Discord now allows custom image embedding! #213

Sony now also returns a game's icon in the presence API so I can only imagine these changes are in anticipation for Discord and Sony's partnership for PlayStation. I decided to go ahead and implement this anyways, despite official PlayStation rich presence support probably coming out in the next few months. I will release an update shortly with this new feature, along with some various bug fixes.
