App stops loading new data after being used for some time #998

Expected behavior

The application refreshes the contents and loads tweets when necessary

Actual behavior

The app show a spinner or shows another indicator of loading, but nothing happens

Steps to reproduce

Open the app
Use the app for some time (>5 minutes)
At some point in time, all the network requests will silently fail (other apps work just fine, no connectivity issues)
Restart Twidere
Everything works nice

I experience the same issue.

Also, is this the same issue as #982?
