Not sure if related but Fallout 4 GOTY is showing up wrong, it is missing one of the files needed for the setup on the list.
Hello Fugus, Sorry for my slow response, had a lot on my plate lately. Here's the latest update.

Hopefully I will upload it to GitHub soon.
As for that file issue, a few reasons come to mind .... either a GOG fault or gogcli.exe fault or maybe you already downloaded that file previously, and then later retried to do so again, but because it is already downloaded (according to the GUI records) my GUI won't show it again unless you disable that check the database option.
I have that game at GOG, and don't recall any missing file when I downloaded it. If you continue to have an issue with a missing file, let me know what file it is and I will check my download.

Thanks, the file issue resolved itself later. So it's cool. Much appreciated.
It took me till just recently to figure out this had a "Download All" function. lol.
Question/suggestion. Is there a way to ignore hidden titles? Thinking of this because all those "Prologues" and "Demos" that you can accidentally add to your catalog without noticing it till its too late.
I've had a look in gogcli.exe commands and found no reference to hide or hidden, so there appears to be no direct method to skip a game. And I did a little test, hiding one of my games, and then refreshing its manifest entry, and there is no indicator that the game is hidden. I don't normally have any of my games hidden, so never investigated it before. There is however a possibility of using the TAG option at GOG, creating one called HIDDEN, and assigning all the games you have hidden with that TAG. I could then probably code something to check for that in the game's manifest entry, which would need refreshing if the manifest entry existed before you tagged the game as HIDDEN. To do all that would be a bit of work though, for a kind of once off scenario that most folk would probably never use, especially as generally you only ever DOWNLOAD ALL your games once, if even that. I will ponder a bit more upon it, but right now I cannot see a use for it outside using DOWNLOAD ALL.

No problem. I just used "Download All" and then went through it and pruned the hidden ones from it.
Just sucks GoG actually adds Demos and Prologues to your account when they should just be free downloads for all that can't be added to your account. You can't even filter them from the store except by making sure the minimum purchase price isn't set to free.
Thank you for this, been looking for a windows batch downloader for a LONG time before I came to this. But might need to update to ensure compatibility or just to stop the warning that might worry others.
