TypeCobol is an Incremental Cobol parser for IBM Enterprise Cobol 6 for zOS syntax. TypeCobol is also an extension of Cobol 85 language which can then be converted to Cobol85.

WI #2645 Insert new FILLERs at end of previous line (instead of CodeElement's end) #2646
Partial fix for #2645 (do not close the issue).
This quick fix only handles the case of new FILLERs created by the command.
