Not available for all the same years, and doesn't perfectly capture PFD eligibility, but could help identify beneficiaries vs spillovers.

MIGRATE1 might be cleaner, since it specifies if they've moved in the past year and is also available for 1976 (adding one more year over MIGSTA1). This could be made a bool indicating whether they were in the same state a year ago for easier use in DDD.

Side note: It could be interesting to estimate the effect of PFD amount on future in- and out-migration. Would probably want to control for general economic health of states.
