"Today's Hours" widget layout changes

To better accommodate ASC's split between appointment hours and walk-in hours, some changes need to be made to the "Today's Hours" widget.

Currently the information is laid out like so for the ASC homepage:

On the widget, I'd like to:

Remove the calendar icon
Have the optional link text appear on it's own line instead of side-by-side to the hours.
Add an optional label for the hours that get pulled from LibCal. This label should hide when the location is closed so that only the word "Closed" is shown. The optional link will persist so that people have easy access to the appointment scheduling page.
