This pull request adds detailed documentation to the src/redux/movies/topRated.reducer.js file. The documentation includes:

A file-level overview explaining the reducer’s purpose and functionality.
Detailed JSDoc comments for the reducer function, explaining parameters, return types, and how it manages the state for top-rated movies.
Descriptions for each action handled by the reducer
