TOF support for GE is currently broken #1309

get_detection_pos does not set timing_pos. Should use event_data.deltaTime (or equivalently its get_tof_bin)
ProjDataGEHDF adds TOF bins

GEHDF5Wrapper::get_coincidence_time_window() (which is in secs) should be removed. We have ProjDataInfo::get_coincidence_window_width_in_pico() . Currently only used in construct_randoms_from_GEsingles.cxx, which could then be almost GE independent.
