feat: APPS-2963 Update FlexibleBlocks component with FTVA theme #627

Notes:

  1. This story is just started but needs to be updated for different flexible data for article/blog entry
  2. Add useTheme composable
  3. Add new component FlexibleHorizontalDivider to FlexibleBlocks component
  4. Update parsedBlocks computed method to set theme to white and divider to false
  5. Remove max-width for rich-text for ftva in the ftva/_section-wrapper.scss
