Watchdog Resets #4

Watchdog currently resets the board every 30 seconds or so.

WDT is a MAX6373. WD timeout is maximum 10s. Is this appropriate?

Solve with HW Mod 3, in FW leave WD_EN low. Need to check for good state through power on/power off and battery cycle

Need to add test point to override during mfg processes

Maybe add a shunt resistor uC side of R13 along WDT_EN to enable HW disable of WD

WD should be removed to facilitate initial board bringup. Closing
