NOTES: Folders created when RStudio is launched and running #81

After calling rsc start, when the RStudio Server is launched, but waits for an HTTP connection, it creates the following empty folder:

This folder sits empty until one logs in. Then it, and it's parent folder `~/.local/share/rstudio/, gets populated;
