Fix Carto/Mapzen API urls #190

Thanks for this @JoseBorges! I'm going to close this PR in favour of a more complete version that we've put together for all of the examples: https://github.com/UDST/vizicities/pull/193

For clarification, the old Mapzen endpoints still work (and have been tested to work) and I'm unaware of any issues with the CartoDB endpoints as of yet.
