A new ArcGIS Server riparian data service has been made: https://webmaps.geology.utah.gov/arcgis/rest/services/Wetlands/Wetland_Riparian/MapServer
@jjhi11, I believe it is your turn to add this data to the map when you get a chance.
Thanks
@marshallrobinson could i get a review please
Looks great overall, thanks @jjhi11. Will you make these edits when you have some time please?
@marshallrobinson The first comment has been implemented, sort of. These are MapImageLayers and they are added to the Wetland and Riparian Mapping GroupLayer as two different mapimagelayers. Test to see if this is the desired result.
Second issue is done.
Is the new mapper live in the application? If so, how do I see it- do I need to reset the page?
In response to your comments, @Marshall Robinson marshallrobinson@utah.gov, I am fine with dropping image year from the popups. I would the "Decade" field just b/c that is how the data are displayed and I think it would be helpful to also show that in the popup.
As far as the Image Scale field, I really don't know what is meant to be written in there. That data are raw from the USFWS website. Since it is confusing, perhaps we should not show those fields in the popup
Thanks

@marshallrobinson I just realized that I didn't do the @ thing correctly in my last message.
@wetlandsDiane no is not live yet. Marshall will review it before it's live.
@jjhi11 Could I review it before it is live, too?
@wetlandsDiane yes
How?

cool, let's make it live
I would like to add riparian data to this application. NWI has started mapping riparian data jointly with the wetland data and we have finally have some of the data available for Utah. This data will also need to be updated approximately twice a year.
Riparian layers that need to be added to the wetland mapping application can be found here: U:\GWP\Wetland\GIS\NWI\UtahWetlandsMap.gdb. The features are: UT_Riparian_Metadata UT_Riparian
Default for both layers should be off and they should be listed under the "Wetland Mapping" section of the legend.
Riparian_Metadata_UT (listed under Wetlands Outline in legend) Legend text: Riparian Metadata Symbology: default off, pale shade of red Pop-ups: Enabled Pop-up fields (same formatting as wetland metadata except addition of data_source field DATA_SOURCE: Data source IMAGE_YR: Image Year IMAGE_DATE: Image Date Decade: Decade IMAGE_SCALE: Image Scale suppmapinfo: Supplemental Map Info
UT_Riparian (listed under Riparian Metadata in legend) Legend text: Riparian Areas Symbology: default off, pale shade of brown Popups: Enabled Pop-up fields ATTRIBUTE: Attribute WETLAND_TYPE: Riparian type ACRES: Acres (can you round to nearest 0.1?) Description: Description System: System Class: Class Dominance Type: Dominance Type
Let me nkow if there is other info you need as well!
I am going to create a separate issue to discuss some text changes we should make to the About text and other text so that the riparian data fits in with the other data more seamlessly.
Thanks!
