html export: "new episode" not always translated

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export a patient's file in html format
2. Open export.html file in browser
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I should see "Nouvel épisode" the french translation for "new episode" at the 
beginning of each new episode.

Instead I see sometimes "nouvel épisode": in cardiovascular risk factor section
or in problem orientated consultation section
and "new episode" at the beginning of other sections like long term treatment

Ok the New episode label is inserted when you create an episode within a form. 
Currently, on French installation (OS lang is French) you should see the 
translation "Nouvel épisode". So I guess you had a wrong OS Lang set when you 
created these episode?

Please can you check with new tests please? Use a new patient, create new 
episodes and export.
