[High] Site status and activity should be more prominent #168

Newcomers to the site should see information about site activity. For now, here are two activities that should be easy to show once someone enters the site:

Number of volunteers, job seekers Number of resumes to be reviewed Number of resumes reviewed in total Average time taken for a job seeker to receive resume feedback, or Average time for review

@suleman (not sure who wants to take this on but it will be critical once I'm able to engage recruiters--I just heard back from the Zingerman's recruiter and she's interested in helping)

I won't be able to get this done for this Saturday. I can easily for next Saturday.
