[Low-Medium] Uploading a resume and canceling a second upload removes uploaded resume #202

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in as a job seeker
  2. Upload a resume
  3. Press the upload button and then press cancel
  4. Note that the previously uploaded resume disappeared

Expected behavior: the uploaded resume should remain

Due to a security restriction, this is not technically possible. We will have to use a different library / technique to implement the expected solution.
