0021 was not measured, extrapolated from thinner foils. Reynolds number was also extrapolated. Maybe low Re model calculations were exaggerated.
Eppler synthesizer code used. Validation was done for turbines (low solidity, what Re?).
Hypothesis: This data is no good at transitional Re beyond stall.
