FR3. Select pages
Goal: The program allows the user to select which pages to merge.
Stakeholders: Legal Firm, Legal Firm Clients, Independent Customers, Users of the free product, Software Developers
Description: The user should be able to customize which pages they want from the PDFs they are either merging or splitting. The user needs to be able to select whatever pages they will keep in the final returned PDF.

This issue needs to be reworked. Instead of selecting which pages to merge. The user removes unwanted pages after merging. This is functional as an html page but not on the extension.
