Added Main Character Stats + UI #11

Created by Văduva Ana-Maria in collaboration with Dorobanțu Răzvan-Florin.

Răzvan implemented the following scripts: CharacterStats, Level and Stat
Ana-Maria Implemented the Health, Mana and StatBar scripts.

Both of us worked on the UI. For the UI, we have the following VIDEO. It's a small demo of how it works and it shows our contributions to the UI.
