Visual and sound effects

Difficulty: multiple persons Need to have visual and audio effects for different use-cases:

This can cover

• skills (activation)
• attacks
• damage
• after-effects (ice on ground, grass takes fire when a fire attack is used etc)
• movement
• damage / destroy and others

Effects should be able to be controlled/altered programmatically as much as possible, in order to create variations and complex combinations.
