Text to speech fails

On the page https://docs.uppmax.uu.se/getting_started/project_apply/ there is a text-to-speech box:

However, clicking it does do nothing, under Ubuntu 24.04 Noble.

I, Richel, commented out this text, as it:

• 1. does not work, as reported in https://github.com/UPPMAX/UPPMAX-documentation/issues/117
• 2. it breaks the Markdown lint check
• 3. seems experimental

I assume this piece of text needs to be either (uncommented and) fixed or removed :+1:
