feat(iot): modal for safari testing #344

Description

threshold for rain sensors
disclaimer modal moved to noah-map component and iot summary as well
disabled view data summary button when unchecked IoT sidebar
more width size for iot summary modal
change noah logo, up and upri logo
fix height of logo display in all component
add noah text in landing page and kyh
mobile view display both ios and android
