Friendly buildings including walls now have a context box UI, it displays building name, buildings stats and an image of the building texture.

EDIT: Revised Design

For now I've disabled the InfoBox UI component.

@rjg1 this PR includes changes you made in team-6-ryan.

Added a precise selection hitbox for all buildings
Prevented multiple buildings being selected at once
Added stats and BuildingActions to all buildings
Added city tiles on the minimap
Added bonus cosmetic island tiles
Added unit test for city gates
Level up now increases a building's stats
