The Add Component flag and Create Component Label #2016

In the Add Component modal, the "Continue" button needs to consistently read as Continue. When pushing the back button sometimes is does not read as Continue

Rename/update 'Add Component' to 'Add Existing Component'

On the Create Component modal, update the 'Add Component' to 'Create New Component'
