Resolve Code Scanning Alerts - Database passwords should not be disclosed

Need to resolve the following code scanning alerts that have identified database credentials being hard-coded in the check engine configuration files. The values identified appear to be credentials for legacy SQL server databases that will not be accessed from the ECMPS 2.0 version of the check engine.
