Description

This is a follow up on task #120. The GOES methane plume viewer needs custom button elements among the mapbox controls.

Items to Address

[x] Home button to reset the viewer to initial state.
[x] Drawer close/open hamburger button to close/open the information drawer.
[x] Ruler button to enable and disable the ruler feature.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] All the custom action buttons are working along with their feature
