Rename Config file options in favor of verbosity #56
In the same vein as SMRF #98, we want to rename config options so they make more sense. With the changelog feature in inicheck we can track these changes to avoid breaking everything in the past.
The main reason for renaming stuff is for verbosity and clarity.
