What are the correct headers for data beginning on row 8102. It appears that the headers on the preceding row are incorrect or possibly shifted.

Are you certain the file in question is in the 'h' directory? Here is what I have in that folder:

It appears that a subset of the headers were shifted.

Does PrepCodeNo refer to both prep and test method?

jbeaulie commented 10 years ago

PrepCodeNo in rows 8102-8307 is equivalent to Method in rows 1-8101. These both refer to the test method.

The information in D8102:D8307 is the sample preparation method. This is equivalent to the PREP column in rows 1-8101.

We should probably adopt a uniform naming convention in the final data frame. Perhaps Test.Meth and Prep.Meth?
