multisite error message #118

i am seeing this error message when i click on multisite location. i am not sure if it happens at all multisite locations but of the three location i clicked on, all of them gave same error message. it seems to be something to do with "More Info" tab? of the three multisite locations i click on, none of them had any more info text loaded on the sql server, if that's helpful.

btw, if i click OK and continue, it seems to be normal after that.
