looks like all of the multi-site FIMs have same issues.

FIXED! "the issue with the proxy to the NWIS charts in the Flash version https://services.wim.usgs.gov/proxies/nwisChartProxy/Default.aspx?site_no=01014000&chart_param=00065&begin_date=&end_date=&days_prev_to_current=7 :point_up: that should produce a static image of a hydrograph, but looks like something's up with the proxy (edited)"
