not able to run any Urban equations that have dependencies on Rural estimates because NSSweb does not make provisions for the Rural Discharge (Rural_Dis) and Rural Drainage Area (Rur_DA) that NSS.exe uses. NSSweb just gives an empty report when you fill in the details that it does ask for. This problem only appears in the National Urban equations and the New York urban equations, because all other urban equations currently in the database do not use rural discharge as a parameter. So we only need to make changes to the following three:
My response:
Dependency on other equations are apart of the design, but I don't think we have this hooked up. Must have slipped our minds when getting this up and running. I'll look into it.
