This may coincide with a redo of the wim-main-site.

[ ] Request a GA ID for the site from @lprivette
[ ] GA ID should G4 (google analytics 4) because Universal Analytics is being retired
[ ] Add GA ID to index.html file
[ ] Request Mitch to review the PR
