Overall this is a good first attempt.

In general I would:

• use targeted/specific field types instead of more general field types (see available field types here)
  • use ForeignKey fields instead of IntegerFields and let Django handle the joins rather than manually coding the joins
  • use TextField instead of CharField for fields that could get large (such as fields named 'notes' or 'description', etc.)
  • use EmailField instead of CharField and let Django handle the email format validation
• use settings.AUTH_USER_MODEL instead of explicit relates to the Member/User model
• modify the Member model to act as the User model to take advantage of all the great built-in Django authentication and authorization features
