Add js for scrolling animation options #331

Should we add an option for scrolling animations. Looks like, at minimum, we need some .js. @UTCbridget I know you mentioned a library you've used in the past. I also found this info on integrating this option with tailwind:

That seems like a good with integrations with tailwind. I'd just like to see more options than fadeIn, but that may be just a sampling. This was the one I was talking about: https://wowjs.uk/ It's just js and css animations. It's pretty easy to implement. I've used it on many sites.

wow.js is temporarily deprecated in favor of AOS (Animate on Scroll). Feel free to ignore the warning if you can't use AOS. Found on wow GitHub page. https://michalsnik.github.io/aos/ Seems like we should skip Wow and go to AOS
