Find larger SMD footprints #19

To make sure that the kit is accessible to people just learning to do SMD soldering, we can ensure that we use large parts where possible, and also expand the size of the pads.

LTC4070 is pretty darn good IC, but it is: 1) expensive; 2) harder to solder; 3) harder to find. I would suggest finding a substitute, so the kit becomes more accessible.
