MacOS Bugs detected #57

[ ] NLEdit print button
[ ] Simulation Start New Project button
[ ] Simulation Starter Open Project button
[ ] NLEdit stats button

It seemed as if any functionality causing a pop-up window was not working, however, within NLEdit, the Generate Pattern and Arrange Probes buttons (both causing pop-up windows) execute without issue. An investigation is required into why the above 4 do not work on MacOS

investigate call stack of "generate pattern" versus "new project"

this issue is similar to one Karthik ran into over the summer and is a result of Java release issue
