Remove MyUW styles from uw-ui-toolkit #103

Removing MyUW styles from the toolkit to move them to uw-frame.

@jnweaver, the thought process behind this is that we now have the uw-frame, which is a great place to bundle all the MyUW-specific styles for use by developers. This frame will still pull in the toolkit, but the my-uw namespace will move from the toolkit to uw-frame. If you're interested in pulling in any of the styles from MyUW into the toolkit (i.e. buttons, links, etc), just let us know and we can move those to the main uw-ui-toolkit.

Makes sense. I've got a lot going on today/tomorrow but I'll think about it some and let you know.
