Please do as follows: 1) Remove the Gorilla Player app from your device. You don't need it when you are using Gorilla SDK (I think this is the main source of confusion here)
2) Please download the Gorilla Ready version of your solution from the admin site.
The Gorilla Ready solution has Gorilla Player SDK preconfigured. In the solution used to record the video you only have Debug and Release configurations:
In the Gorilla Ready solution you will have an additional configuration called Gorilla.
When you run your solution using that new configuration it will run Gorilla instead of you app. And you will be able to preview all the pages. Please see this section of Grial's documentation where it shows how to preview.
Let me know if you still have any issue.
PD: Regarding removing Gorilla Player from the Google Play store, we already removed it early November last year. If you were able to find it in the Google Play store please let me know how.
Hi: First of all, a suggestion: please remove "gorilla player" app from play store and we will avoid a lot of time loss.
Well, once achieved and the android app does not issue an error message for different versions, I downloaded the preconfigured project from the admin site. The Gorilla player does not work, sometimes it even stops, and you have to reload it on the phone. Also in the few screens that I have managed to see something, I get a message that I need installation of sdk gorilla, and it is INSTALLED. I do not know what to do ... a tool that I have bought to accelerate my development, it turns out that I'm falling behind. Can you help me solve all these problems? I send you a video link when you see this: https://www.wevideo.com/view/1285863913 Thank you.
