Use status API to see whether the experiment is opened. #10

Currently if the experiment isn't in a opened state, a participant goes throughout the experiment and when he/she is ready the script will be unable to download the experiment because it won't accept new data. Hence the data is lost and a participant has gone through a lot of effort while the data is lost. We would like to redirect the participant to a "The experiment is closed page instead."
