Edit Food: User expects unsaved typical amount to be saved when hitting Done

When editing / adding food items, the user can enter a typical amount and needs to confirm by hitting the green Plus button before hitting Done. If not, the data entry is ignored.

Expectation is that the typical amount entered is saved together with the new / updated food item.
