CMD window opens and immediately closes when i double click start_ofd

python 3.11 clicked the add Python 3.7 to path in the powershell window ran "pip install poetry" and "poetry install --no-dev" followed all instructions but as soon as i try run the script it immediately crasses

any help would be appreciated
