Duplicate part names

There are still duplicate names in version 0.10.0.0:

• LFKA_Jet_PropFan_01.cfg and LFKA_Jet_TurboProp_01.cfg has the same name
• LFKA_Jet_Radial_01.cfg and LFKA_Jet_TurboFan_01.cfg has the same name
• KA_Jet_Radial_01.cfg and KA_Jet_TurboFan_01.cfg has the same name
• KA_Jet_PropFan_01.cfg and KA_Jet_TurboProp_01.cfg has the same name
