Kontainer drycost does not scale #67

All sizes of "Kontainer tank - cluster" and "kontainer tank - flat" have the same dry cost.

EDIT: the same is true for KIS-Kontainers of different sizes (including the "Stow-Pak")

I noticed this as well, it makes the larger ones very overpowered in Cost/Capacity ratio.
