Tooltips giving more information about the bonuses a mission gives you
New mission tree for Ayadoni-regions, new mission tree for Azares, rebalance old mission tree for new meta
rework Azares intro events to add a little more umph
some new decisions to add flavor (maybe founding a great-project, reviving the Atlantean Senate, Imperial Edicts?)
Add events for Ayadon to give it more of a point
Add intro event for Zephyria just cause
Power boost to our favorite Shark bois
Optional: More flavor for Atlanic
Optional: More reforms later in Atlantis-tree
Optional: Atlantean Colonial States
Optional: Anthrean Pirates events, possibility for expanding onto the Eastern Americas early on. (Atlantean Canada!)
Optional: Formables in Albanum, Charsumia, Nautea

Antillia

Rework Heptarchic so it's more fun
Break the eternal stalement that Antillia is known for (Probably through event, and mild alteration of mission)
Add tooltips for more information
Change Heptarchic symbol (I have a problem with never being satisfied ;C )
New Antillian Events
Rework Theocratic government
Give religious names to the Antillian Republic
Add Merc Groups (Honestly might just do that one real quick)
Add reforms for later in the game
Optional: Unique Colonial reforms for Antillian colonies (Could be applied to Atlantean colonies too)
Optional: Tweak Antillian Appearance
Optional: More events between the Antillians and Europeans

Lemuria

Purge more provinces(I think most of Nestoria should be impassible mountains anyways)
Last few flags(Shout out to Thrawn for making a few)
Come up with Unique Islam for south Lemuria (No features though!)
Yazdeism needs some events to explain what the fuck it is
Figure out what the fuck is Yazdeism
REMOVE DEVELOPMENT
