Getting killed by Dark Esau after Dogma's death cutsecene, and then getting revived using dead cat, softlocks the game.

I had dead cat going into the Dogma fight. Dark Esau hit me once so I became the ghost. I managed to kill Dogma and its death cutscene happened fully. I assume Esau hit me somehow during the loading, since the screen turned black as it does before the Beast fight Cutscene. I was revived outside of the room wit no way to progress.

1. I think you could solve this by either making Esau unable to hit you during death cutscenes like when you take a paralysis pill, or by restarting the fight when coming back into the room.

Putting a note here that this isn't specific to Dark Esau.

Easy steps to reproduce: 1) Trigger Astral Projection in the Dogma fight as The Lost with a revive item like Dead Cat 2) When Dogma is killed, you will suddenly respawn outside the room instead of getting the cutscene and this softlock will occur
