Users of the site can:

Additionally, when logged in:

• [x] Commission new elections
• [x] View commissioned elections
• [ ] View elections for which they are acting as comptrollers
• [x] Log out
• [ ] Delete their account
• [ ] View elections in which they are an elector

Tying election franchises to user accounts compromises the anonymity of the vote, and so "View elections in which they are an elector" is removed.
