Change to use Google geocoding api [1510] for GoToAddress #58

Also allow for comma-separated lat,lon values (instead of just space-separated).

Thanks Tom. What is the rationale for getting rid of yahoo?

Hi Julien --

Sorry for the delay....my wife had to go to the ER this morning (back issues) and I'm still at the hospital awating an MRI.

I didn't get rid of Yahoo, they abandon us ;-) What we had been using as the URL no longer works, which is why GoToAddress stopped woring.

It looks like Yahoo limits free BOSS YQL Placefinder accesses to 2000 per day per application ID; whereas, Google limits by IP address. Otherwise, you have to pay a fee, and I don't think we can (or should) do that.

While I did not explore this much further, Dave Parker indicated that he's been using Google geocoding api for "years". It was also pretty easy to change the code for this (thanks to the XmlUtil methods!).

Does that make sense?

I'll have to check this when I get into the office. Remote Desktop won't run the IDV because of some OpenGL issue...weird....

Julien -- I'm still at the hospital but was able to run the IDV using VNC (it doesn't seem to have any OpenGL issues like Remote Desktop does).

Anyway, I was able to enter "nightshade lane,boulder,co" and "1225 west dayton st, 53706" both of which re-set the projection to those locations.....so, I will change the Inquiry status to "move to test" and when they get an updated idv.jar file, they can begin testing.
