Collaborate with @rsignell-usgs and @jlf599 from XSEDE/Jetstrem, Indiana University to get Zero to JupyterHub going.

[ ] Increase the size of the VM from medium to large or extra-large
[ ] Include a welcome page
[ ] Include several Unidata notebook projects
[ ] Decide on authentication (e.g., oauth versus PAM)
[ ] Is it possible to run on port 80 instead of 8000
[ ] Does http --> https redirect work?
[ ] Eventually get a certificate from a real CA and not a self-signed one.
[ ] Maybe externally mount home partition and ensure this is being backed up.

@julienchastang , I tried running the "Downloading HRRR with Siphon" notebook four different ways:

1) JupyterHub using Unidata THREDDS: 52 seconds 2) JuptyerHub using Jetstream THREDDS: 18 seconds 3) Local Jupyter in Woods Hole using Unidata THREDDS: 78 seconds 4) Local Jupyter in Woods Hole using JetStream THREDDS: 28 seconds

@rsignell-usgs Excellent. A positive result.
