When exporting programme courses to Excel in the By semester tab, course name should be available for exporting.

Course name added in 34444db5444694962e5826f5ee42661ee45020c6 and pushed to production in release 3.0.5

Still looking into adding module/course status as is_study_module seems to be broken in the Course table

We decided not to include the study module status for now.
